Personal Statement:
Ensuring coordinated family centered pediatric care is Dr. Pavan's focus. She is Principal Investigator for the Craniofacial Outcome Registry for the Tampa - St. Petersburg Center. She is a Past President of Florida Cleft Palate Craniofacial Association, and is a member of the American Cleft Palate Craniofacial Association, American Academy of Pediatrics, Society for Developmental Pediatrics, Society for Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics, and the Ambulatory Pediatric Association.
