How to Apply?
The USF GAP fellowship training program is a 2 year postdoctoral program (with an optional third year). Eligible candidates include postdoctoral trainees (with M.D. or D.O. degrees) who have completed a 3 year Pediatric or 4 year Med-Peds residency training at an ACGME-accredited residency program. Program candidates must be U.S. citizens or foreign nationals possessing a visa permitting permanent residence in the U.S.
Applications are accepted between September 1st and December 31st for the academic year beginning the following July. Interviews will be conducted by March 15th of the academic year beginning the following July. Application can be downloaded below and completed in the following manner:
- Word document: Save to your desktop, complete, sign, sign and mail with the required documents

Once applications are reviewed, applicants will be contacted to possibly schedule an interview.
