Making an Appointment

To schedule an appointment for any of our locations please contact us at 813-259-8767.

This service is available from 8:00am to 5:00pm. The scheduling process takes approximately 10-15 minutes. Please have our current insurance information, address, and phone number available when scheduling an appointment.

If pertinent testing has been done prior to your visit please obtain results for review at your appointment. Some testing or specialty clinics are only available at specific clinic sites. Please check with our office to ensure the highest quality of care.

If you cannot keep your appointment, please call our clinic to cancel and reschedule. We do not charge for canceled appointment, but we would be able to see another child.
